The gold medal in dressage, in the Team Combined competition and in the individual combined competition is the impressive outcome of the German riders Charlotte Rehborn, Lisette Ahrens and Nadine Kraft. This means that three out of four world championship titles stay in Germany. The hosts lived up to the expectations.

During the last competition day of the WUEC 2012 on Sunday 26th of August, members of the organizing committee of the first student world championships equestrian in Germany met. In 1994 they had welcomed riders from all over the world in Ankum.

On Saturday evening the Riders’ Ball powered by STAWAG took place at the Eurogress in Aachen. The glamorous ambiance and all guests in their beautiful dresses made this evening to something very special. Before the final showdown starts today, with the big finals, more than 1100 guests experienced how glamorous riders can be.

They are official – the finalists in the showjumping and dressage competition at the WUEC 2012 in Aachen. Diana Marsa from Spain and the Norwegian Emil Flamm will compete for the gold medal at the jump parcours on Sunday 26^th of August. In the dressage square Charlotte Dobretsberger from Austria and Charlotte Rehborn from Germany will meet each other.

During the WUEC 2012 the Stables’ Inn at the Aachener Soers is responsible for the culinary supply of all the riders, volunteers and organizers. On two floors they are treated with great selections of food.
